We’re serious about nutrition. Each week our chef creates a delicious new menu packed with the highest quality organic ingredients and superfoods.

All our meals are gluten and dairy-free and we use organic produce from our very own farm, when possible. All produce is sourced locally. For those preferring animal protein, our meat is free of growth hormones and antibiotics.

Which meals do you offer?

At this time, we are offering lunch and dinner. Our Chef, Christian Phernetton, curates a Menu each week, offering Vegan and Non-Vegan meal options.

Can I choose my meals?

Absolutely! Our Chef curates a custom menu each week. Pick and choose whatever meals you like.


How much does it cost?

Plant Based meals start at $12.50. Meat can be added for an additional $2.50 per meal.


Delivery to the Boise & Eagle Area

Fresh, ready-to-eat food will arrive on your doorstep each week with no hassle.


 

How does delivery work?

You’ll receive a text that your delivery is on the way. You can meet your driver at your door or we can leave it on your doorstep. 

When do you deliver?

We deliver every Monday, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Boise and Eagle areas, zip codes 83616, 83646, 83702, 83703, 83709, 83712, 83714.

How does pickup work?

It’s simple! You can pickup your order at Epek, located at 2870 W. State St. in Boise on Monday’s, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
